Leon Jimenes Premium Dominican is produced through five distinct distillations that give it the perfect balance of pleaseing aromas, combined with the flavors of caramelized walnuts, vanilla, and spices. E. Leon Jimenes is aged a total of ten years. The first eight years are spent in virgin American oak barrels. The final two years are spent in french oak tuns. The hints of honey, tobacco, red fruits, oak, and cocoa, please the discerning palate with a soft vibrancy and a complex fruit taste. It is a powerful and delicious spirit. E.
